You are what you think

You are what you think

“Cogito ergo sum” which means; “I think, therefore I am” is a philosophical proposition by the French philosopher, René Descartes. The meaning of which is that, thinking about one’s existence proves in-and-of itself that an “I” (that would be you) exists to do the thinking.

The saying was perceived to form a foundation for all knowledge in that other knowledge could be a figment of the imagination, deception or mistake, but the act of doubting one’s own existence arguably serves as proof of the reality of one’s own existence, or at least of one’s thought.

So if this has you thinking… then you are most certainly alive but, has for the reality of your existence… that is a matter of perception.

Have an awesome day!
